Hey up mate... the old shoulder's giving me some jip, there's an impingement in there but it's starting to feel a little better, that said the tendon still feels swollen but progress is being made, i've just got to be careful.. this next 2 to 3 weeks i'll be going very steady and hopefully with the treatment i'm getting i'll soon be back to normal.

                  Weigh in day:

                  Weight: 89.6kg (+1.8kg)
                  Waist: 34.0inch (+0.2in)

Big weight increase this week, surprised to be honest as I didn't think i'd gain much more especially as there hasn't been any change to the diet... it's probably a bit of water from somewhere and if anything it'll drop back off by next week.

Shoulder is feeling a tad better this morning... so much so I was able to grab something from the top shelf of the fridge without it pinching, 3 days ago that wouldn't of been possible.... the swelling in the tendon must be reducing... this all said there's still a way to go. Fingers crossed I can get a half decent session in this morning.

Very light high reps today... i'm extremely happy with today's Shoulder session, all exercises felt ok other than the Hammer Strength pinching a little... but reassuringly they don't feel sore or aggravated from working them, i'm feeling positive that recovery with them is progressing.

Sensible approach for sure as I really don't want to put myself out and end up on a waiting list for a decompression (again)... but the job was done nicely, it was no different to what I would do in Y3T week 3.

Update on the Shoulder, movement this morning has slightly improved, an indication to me that there's nothing more than some swelling in there that is settling down... I worry that the tendon may be torn or even an issue with the pins. Feeling positive!!
