You can get flavoured cottage cheese - Asda's sweet chilli and pepper is the best for me, nutritional benefits are near enough the same as plain cottage cheese. The chives and onion is pretty good too :)

I'd bang the chicken out so its kinda flat , mix the cottage cheese with chives or spices or maybe some light phildelphia or a light laughing cow spread..then put it in the middle of the chicken then roll the chicken, so you have a kiev effect.. cook in the oven.. make a omellet.. take chicken out the oven wrap it in the egg

Personally, I like to stir in around a teaspoon of Pataks Madras curry paste into my cottage cheese!   It's tastes awesome, and you can chuck it on toast, baked potato, or in a wrap etc!

            The curry really helps !!

chop up the eggs and add to the cottage cheese and throw in some chives.

Chicken - i find smoked paprika works well with a little lemon juice.

Nandos sauce... One of my fave PWO meals is grilled chicken fillets and poached eggs, peri-peri salt and nandos sauce... tasty
