daveyboy8181 Jerk Not an insult but try the seasoning I love it You can either get the sprinkle on stuff or the paste on stuff pop in over the chicken before you stick it in the oven. Yum!! X 2 on Jerk! I have a large container i got in Jamaica last year! Lovely and spicy!

Red Bull markfj I like to buy the garlic puree, and smother it round the chicken... then roast/bake/stir fry. Alternativey, I like the Pasta sauces, like Cranks or Gordan Ramsays and do the above and use the pasta sauce for dipping, like ketchup without all the sugar etc There's still loads of sugar in the gordan ramsay sauces bud :-) Not half as much though Tomato Ketchup - 4g sugar per 17g serving Ramsays - 6g Sugar per 100g serving Not loads of sugar, still probably too much though

I bought some BBQ marinade packs from Asda the other day, they are quite nice and easy just to sprinkle over chicken with a bit of olive oil. Job done.
