Flavouring chicken

I'm sure this has been done to death but I can't find a recent thread. I'm buying frozen bags of chicken pieces from Tesco and cooking them for 10 mins in the oven with whatever spices I have in the cupboard. I'm bored and the nice stuff has run out so I'm wondering what spices, sauces, marinades anyone can recomend throwing over the chicken to bring it life?? Ideally an "all in one" thing as I don't have a lot of time to prepare stuff.

island sun do really good seasoning and are cheaper than shwartz perfect shake both are really nice tho: bbq chicken seasoning all purpose seasoning thai 5 spice or bake with a chicken stock cupe sprinkled on top you'll be surprised how good it tastes, these are calorie free options btw if your not bothered by calories then i enjoy a sticky bbq marinade you can get from any tesco

Jerk Not an insult but try the seasoning I love it You can either get the sprinkle on stuff or the paste on stuff pop in over the chicken before you stick it in the oven. Yum!!

Nandos BBQ Sauce is nice, failing that, just simple spices, onion, garlic, chilli etc and some olive oil

Thanks guys. I fancy a sauce so the chicken isn't too dry so I might go for a Nandos to start with.

I like to buy the garlic puree, and smother it round the chicken... then roast/bake/stir fry. Alternativey, I like the Pasta sauces, like Cranks or Gordan Ramsays and do the above and use the pasta sauce for dipping, like ketchup without all the sugar etc

I got some Nando's garlis peri peri last night and put some over my chicken before I baked it. Only problem is I've nearly used half the bottle on 250g of chicken. Is that too much? I'll fly through it at this rate. I've got a feeling it's going to blow my head off when I eat my first batch at 11am!
