Great improvement - excellent progress - well done.

I'm just really relieved anyone noticed I made changes! I began to wonder if it was all in my head! It's so hard unless your cutting, or a newbie to make big, noticeable changes - so to have made any is a serious achievement for me  Normal service will now resume in my normal journal Thanks to everyone who was encouraging or even read a post or two over the 12 weeks - you all helped keep me going.
