Hi, my name is Michael Abraham I am from the Focus Fitness UK office in London. Currently we have three courses running in London, 3 from Southgate (North London), 1 in Enfield (North London) and are currently looking to open more venue's in West and South London in the coming months.

Any questions please do not hesitate to ask or get in contact.

At the moment we are looking at starting a course in Vauxhall, London on the 23rd of February, is this something you would be interested in?

Kind regards,
Michael Abraham

I wouldn't recommend this company, after training and working with them they will get you to join Herbalife. Herbalife is currently under investigation in the USA, a pyramid scheme, nearly everyone is brainwashed in FFUK (personal trainers and the owners)
Go to a company who are honest and provide qualification and training with no catch.

Just to be clear, there is absolutely no obligation to join HerbalLife.
We are a learning provider, signposted by the National Careers Service, Job Centre's, Work Programs, Professional Football Teams and associated charities, other training providers, colleges and a like.
I've been a member on MT since 2003 (under a different name obviously) and I work for FFUK and don't use ANY nutritional supplements at (not even whey protein now a days) all from *any* firm whatsoever, and have never been obliged to do so.

We work in partnership with many other private company's, agency's and local authorities etc. I can see how that might be confusing, but separate entities.

Most are not associated with corporate greed and pyramid schemes. Find it very surprising you would even consider any form of association with them. In my opinion it only damages your image or reputation... unless of course thats being compensated by money!

This is what Herbalife does to people. It's disgusting and not right to even have any association with them.
Your company fully supports it, that you even have pods/bases (whatever you call them) doted around selling the products by the personal trainers. Very dishonest trainers. The products are over priced, not actually good for your health and there are several investigations being carried out on them WORLDWIDE. Government, FBI, hedge fund companies you name it. All you have to do is google search it. That in itself damages reputation and potentially as a company your creditability.
Check out the video yourselves.

I think you guys probably make good points, I don't know I don't use any supplements at all - apart from Carte Noire Espresso (the one with the red on the bottle) - James has a article about coffee and performance, it's very interesting.
I'm sure you have opinions you'd like to debate on the nature of Herbalifes operations or even the quality of the products, with all due respect - granted we work with many different local authority's, private compay's, colleges etc and you could look at the pro's and con's of each one but please take it to another thread.

On topic, FFUK are a learning provider for PT quals - if anyone is interested in our courses, please feel free to get in touch I'd be happy to speak to anyone and talk them through the modules.
