Focus! 09 January 2012 19:52 (permalink)
This is my SUC entry, hope I'm in time! Goal is to lose some body fat and have visible abs.
Will detail my workouts daily on here as well as my diet - I'm following some of the Dolce diet
at the moment but eating sensibly and training hard! Hope to see you on the other side!

My training is quite consistent - I do a cardio but sometimes the diet especially on the weekends, is lagging. Cardio wise I'm on a very good level.
    Training Schedule
    Monday  - Circuit training
    Tuesday - Shoulders & Biceps & 3-6 mile run
Wednesday - Circuit training & back
    Thursday - Legs
    Friday - Boxing
    Saturday - Chest/Triceps and 3-6 mile run.
    Sunday - Rest

    Typical Diet

05:45 - 1 scoop of whey, blueberries, strawberries, tsp of honey, oat bran, soya milk shake.
    09:00 - Oats
    11:30 - Chicken salad w/ balsamic vinegar
    2:30 - Lean Mince salad
    Train
PWO Shake - 2 scoops of whey, banana, berries.
    Fish / Mince / Chicken & Veg
    Taking 2 Omega 3 tablets a day.

I am not overly concerned about holding onto muscle mass - I just want to be lean as possible and find it impossible to go for a very slow run. I will try and post my times of Runkeeper Pro also to track progress.

    Any advice is welcome!

        Today has gone well.

5:45am - berry, protein, honey, ice, soya milk, orange, oat bran shake

        9am - oats

12:00 - Chicken salad with cucumber and avacdo

4:00 - train - 3 mile run plus back workout

6:00 - mince sweet potatoe and salad.

9:00 turkey burgers homemade with lettuce

Gap between 12-4 and lack of pwo shake won't happen again
        But 3 miles felt good!

Last 4/5 days gone quite well, due to few family gathering haven't had a chance to train as much as I would like but the diet has been quite good. I had a cheat meal on Saturday evening and a little cake tonight but nothing too bad to be honest.

I have a week off from work this week so will get training in. Feeling good though - my carbs aren't low low but im eating very healthily, good energy too.

Will try to update with pic soon - nothing major but good for other ppl to see and feed back.
