For when times get tough... 27 January 2012 14:39 (permalink)
Well we're approaching our fourth week now ladies and gentleman, I imagine some people are fairing better than others. I've dropped off the wagon myself but I picked myself back up and come back stronger, and mainly due to some research.

That's right, motivational research. Not only do I read through your threads and keep going but I literally spend hours a day on youtube, google etc watching videos, reading stories etc.

Obviously, there are hundreds and thousands of motivational videos online, some better than others...I can't imagine I'll post a video that no-one has seen, but for those who don't spend much time online, when I find a video that actually gives me goosebumps then I'll post it here.

First off,

A video where Boxers came through adversity against all odds to get back up and win. Never give up, keep going!

Don't get me wrong, at times the diet can be a problem, but more than anything it's the cardio after weights that gets me!

        You're right, 4th week. Fixed!

Yeah mate i know how you feel.  It is hard work and takes a lot of effort.  I've fallen off the wagon a couple of times but being on this forum has helped to keep my motivation.  I'm determined to see this through.
