I have decided to enter this year, after getting in very good condition last year (from January to June) using IF, but with my daughter, new job and a lot of private work, I have lost a little condition, even more so after an Xmas of drinking, smoking and eating like crazy!
 
My aim is to improve my overall condition, my photos will be up on Sunday...

                                Where do you train?  I wouldn't have thought there would be that many gyms in Mexico outside major cities.

                                  I train at a good gym mate, my city has dozens and dozens of gyms, there are definitely more gyms in Mexico than in the UK! They are all individually owned, no real chain gyms here.
