From Taco to Flaco (skinny in Spanish)

I have decided to enter this year, after getting in very good condition last year (from January to June) using IF, but with my daughter, new job and a lot of private work, I have lost a little condition, even more so after an Xmas of drinking, smoking and eating like crazy! My aim is to improve my overall condition, my photos will be up on Sunday...

SUC Information: Weight: 193lbs Goal: To cut (improve condition) Assisted: No Monday 9th January No training today, eating wasn't great but calories were low so I can't complain. A lot of work today.....

Tuesday 10th January Back on track today. 1pm Chicken, Veg & Mayo Sandwich on brown bread Can of Tuna Handful of Peanuts 5:30pm 2 Whole Eggs, 2 Egg Whites with 1/2 Chroizo Sausage 100g Cottage Cheese Some Watermelon 7:00pm - Training Straight Sets - 3 minutes rests - 2 sec pause at the top Chin Ups 25x5 20x5 15x6 V-Bar Seated Row 60x5 55x6 50x7 Supersets - 1 minute rest after both exercises - 2 sec pause at the top 1A - DB Shrugs 50x5 45x6 40x7 1B - Machine Triceps Overhead Extensions 150x6 140x7 130x8 Really good session, was tough with the higher bodyweight, but felt good. Drank Protein Shake through the session. 9pm Steak Jacket Potato Mixed Steamed Veg - Carrots, Cauliflower and Brocoli Mixed Fried Veg - Onions, Mushrooms, Cactus Tonight's dinner: Other 4 cups Coffee 1 Multivitamin 2 Omega 3 tablets

Thursday 12th January Very happy with today, a good training session and ate like a king around my wife's grandmothers! 12pm Can Tuna Small portion Special K 2 Eggs scrambled with Cactus 4pm 200g Cottage Cheese Steak 2 slices Wholemeal Bread 50g Carrots Small portion Jicama 5pm - Training 3 minute rests Bench Press 92.5x5 82.5x6 72.5x7 2 minute rests Incline Guillotine Smith Machine Bench Press 62.5x5 57.5x7 52.5x8 Supersets - 1 minute rest after both exercises - 2 sec pause at the top 1A - Calf Raises on Hack Machine 100x5 90x5 80x6 70x7 1B - DB Lateral Raises 12.5x5 10x6 7.5x8 5x10 Good session, my pushing exercises have always been crap, but I know that they are going to really improve over the next 12 weeks. Protein Shake drank during the session. 7:30pm 3 Large Fillets Cod Sh*t load of Rice with Sweetcorn Portion Mashed Potatoes 1/2 Milky Way Ate so much but it felt good and new that the calories would be well used, did a few sets after dinner to make sure the extra calories (especially carbs) were well used! Push Ups (1 mins rests) - 20/15/12 Other 4 cups Coffee 1 Multivitamin 2 Omega 3 tablets 2 Zinc tablets (50mg)

Friday 13th January Good day today, got pretty drunk hahaha 3:30pm 2 large fillets of Fish Large portion of Rice 5:00pm 2 cans of beer 3/4 bottle of Tequila Not much sleep and work early Saturday morning.... Not a good combo hahaha

Saturday 14th January A lot of eating today because it was the wife's grandmother's birthday! 2:00pm Tuna Sandwich with Mustard and 3 slices Wholemeal Bread Bowl of Special K 7:00-11:00pm Lots of Steak, Beef Ribs, Skewer Kebabs, Tortillas, Crisps with Dip and Cake... Some pics.....

Now if this fasting business allows you to cut while still eating a grill of meat like that, it might get my attention! Where do you train? I wouldn't have thought there would be that many gyms in Mexico outside major cities.

I wouldn't have thought there would be that many gyms in Mexico outside major cities. Yeah mate, it's a great way to diet! I train at a good gym mate, my city has dozens and dozens of gyms, there are definitely more gyms in Mexico than in the UK! They are all individually owned, no real chain gyms here.
