I allready have the whey blend and casien blend along with some omega 3/6/9 caps i got from holland and barrat. Im also planning on taking all these supps with an ECA stack, will this be okay

OP dont buy exceed it tastes like sh!t. buy normal bcaa powder, my favourite is Ajipure bcaa's and mix with robinsons cordial or buy Xtend or the BBW version Excel - BCAA powder that you flavour yourself is more cost effective and is what i woudl recommend

Would go for a powder flavoured bcaa personally bulk bcaa taste awful ime and i couldnt get it flavoured to even taste drinkable. Also high protein daily to help maintain muscle as you maybe already know mate and also caffeine as you may feel you lack energy due to you restricting your calorie intake.

Thanks for the input guys, I went and ordered the BBW Excel BCAA and I went and got Glutamine powder from Oneon.co.uk as well as HMB caps. Im slightly worried about the taste of the glutamine as its a bulk powder and unflavoured but I went and bought raspberry flavdrops from MP so it should be drinkable hopefully.

Glutamine has a slight taste which can be hidden in a shake or juice. You just wasted your money on hmb

I'm currently on a cutting diet which has been going well Iv been loosing weight while my lifts have been going up slowly General muti vit (to cover all bases that diet does not cover) Protein blend can be handy for most (I travel alot and use alot of this) Glutamine is useful to most - I notice a difference in my immune system when not supplementing with it

BICEP_BILL there is nothing wrong with omega 3 caps - they are easier to take fo rpeople who dont like the taste of the liquid - probably 90% of people. and they are more convienient i.e. you dont have to take a whole bottle to work you just take 2 or 3 caps with you. Issue with just taking 2 or 3 capsules of fat when looking at your whole diet is that you are consciously trying to improve the quality of your fat intake by say 2%. Removing sources of damaged fats, and getting in unrefiend oils can make it easy to pay attention to 50-90% of your fat intake. Latter = better than former Don't get me wrong, fish oils have their place, but they are only ever a supplement. Decent quality oils should be used (/are great for use) as a foundation for good fat intake.

Tony i said 2-3 as an example of how easy they are to bring with you on the move. Personally i take 3 with 3 of my daily meals. Therefore 9 caps/ 9g of fish oils And i use healthy fats throughout the day also, flaxseed, nuts, olive oil etc Just wated to make that clear that my arguement is fish oil in a bottle is not superior to capsules as said in a post above.

Ok, thanks for clarity Bill (FWIW odds are that if you are taking care of rest of fats as you say, fish oil caps in addition may be pointless - depends on amounts of flax/nuts/etc you are using, but underlines that getting base sorted with decent oils makes more sense than adding a few caps on top)

Caffeine would be a decent sup to try out, its cheap, effective in that it makes you sweat more, speeds up your heart rate, makes you more alert and some claim it suppresses their appetite which is always handy when cutting.

I got green tea tablets and flax seed oil from holland and barrat hopefully that should help shed some weight, if not I will try caffeine for a while then move onto and ECA stack

Green tea is a stim so may boost you (give you energy) abit so similar to caffeine in that sense. Eph may supress your appetite so is good in that sense. In regards to fat loss not any of the above will do much, but if eph supresses your appetite and stops you snacking it will aid in your fat loss plans.
