Last time I tried GABA I always drank it.. but just ordered some from new image and it says on the tub put it under the tongue.. is there a reason behind this?

the reason for this is supposed to be to do with sub lingual absorbtion. no idea if it actually helps or not. try both swollowing it and dissolving it under your tongue to see if there is any difference.

Tried necking it last night.. didn't take any longer before I got the tingling, so I cant imagine its taking longer to absorb.
