Sam question to you mate.  What were you expecting from it?

People seem to think creatine and pump products are magic mushroom super booster supps that pack on muscle and strength.   The gains from creatine are marginal.   They are there, of course, but do not expect to be adding pound upon pound of muscle.   Just does't work like that.

I think it all boils down to  whether or not you actually respond to particular products.
By supplementing your diet & workouts with creatine, or any other product - you at least want to see it contribute to gains, once you've hit a plateau or feel you need any extra something in the mix. If you don't respond to any product, then why take it?

I agree that all products won't turn you into a ripped, muscle bound freak overnight. But they contribute (supplement) ones routine.

i was just really expecting a greater muscle pump than what i would normally get from hard training without using any form of NO2 product .. but the pump i got from sp250 was no more than i would get from training without it

Well with creatine within the 1st few weeks muscle gains from it will be tough to tell as it will be minor gains that arent noticable, but within a few weeks of use (about 3 weeks) strength gains and maybe muscle fullness should be noticable.

It's a similar product to size on, i was looking at trying it but throught id throw in an interesting alternative.

Ok, I dosed the product.

- Will I buy a full tub of this product? = No.
- Will I buy this product in the future? = Maybe.

I'll try to narrow it down:
Strength gains: No real strength gains were noticed.
Bloat: No bloat was noticed.
Mass: On the scales, I remained the same. Visually I looked slightly fuller (chest, shoulders).
The product taste/mixability: Doesn't taste bad. Easily drinkable whilst working out. Mixed well.

Overall: I didn't feel it contributed to much. To be fair, my bodyfat is in the late teens, so I feel this could benefit someone with a lower bodyfat % more effectively. I was slightly more vascular than normal during w/outs. And I didn't really add any true mass (scales). Maybe the trial tub, isn't a long enough course to run - I'm not sure.

I won't be in a rush to dose this again. Although, in the future when my bodyfat lowers, I may dose it again.

i used size on during my bulk cycle and i felt it helped me. no sub for heavy weights though!

You would need to use SizeOn for longer to gain any noticable effects mate (as Jimmy has already said!) :)

Sinnus - i take it xCEEd is cee? I find it weird how you tried two others types of cee yet xCEEd worked for you, no offence but im confused as i didnt respond to mono or cee.

Xceed contained more than CEE mate - it's a formula that was made by Designer Supplements before they closed, and is now currently being made by one of the main sponsoring manufacturers on here (don't know if I can say?).
