GHRP-6 = diminished DOMS? - 19 October 2009 13:46 ( #1 )
Has anyone else running GHRP-6 notices DOMS reduces quite significantly? im not on cycle (just finished PCT) atm and have been using GHRP-6 for 3 weeks now, im training just as hard as when on cycle, yet DOMS seem to be less severe than ever! is this common for GHRP/GH?

ok mate, report back if you would. what about normal GH? ive recently started squatting again too and normally would have crippling DOMS for 2-3 days after, but very little since using GHRP!

so is ghrp-6 a good idea to run in like pct/cruising time?

whats the recommended dosage and how advanced should you be before you start using it?

as above, how far into AAS usage would you consider appropriate for someone to use this?
i.e. how advanced an AAS user would suggest someone is before considering GHRP??

seems a very interesting med.

i decided to give ghrp-6 a go during my last cruise iirc i started 2 weeks before i started trt/cruise so and it helped alot ime

the recomended dose is 100mcg 3 x a day i prefer 150mcg x 2  day (pre workout and pre bed)

as for how advanced you should be, the internet guru,s will tell you unless your a pro you shouldnt use anything other than test lol, im not what some whould consider adequet to use such things at a mere 110kg but its my body, my advice is if its something you are interested in do some research into it(which you are doing by asking) and if it looks good to you go for it
start weight 68kg
PB,s
bench: 170kg 3 reps cg 155kg single
deadlift: 185kg 3 reps 200kg 1RM 220kg @knee height
squat: 200 kg 2 reps
clean and press 100kg 2 rep 110 1RM
weight:108kg bf 14%~

i jab 2x per day on weekdays and 3x per day at w.ends when its more practical for me to get a morning jab in. its no drama doing these jabs mate - over and done with in a second and can hardly feel them! ive been on just over 3 weeks and kind of used to them now - part of the daily routine!

im thr same tbh i thought the jabs would get on my nerves but they take seconds to do literally and using a slin pin its so small you hardly notice it go in.

Re:GHRP-6 = diminished DOMS? - 24 October 2009 10:40 ( #15 )
in using 150mcg pre workout and pre bed, ive tried the standard 3 x 100mcg morning, post workout and pre bed and its no better tbh its better the way i do it now, ive used "CJC" with it but i stopped that as tbh its really not all its cracked up to be. ghrp-6 on its own is good add "cjc" and its slightly better

This is a nice long term med to use in my book with less sides than other meds, and still keep you growing when of test..
