Strange training split. That defo needs changing. Your also training far too much imo, are you natural or assisted? if natural you must get run down to hell with that routine. Remember you grow out of the gym, not in it! rest

      how about,

      Monday - Chest
      Tuesday - Back & Shoulders
      Wednesday - Heavy Cardio & Bag Work
      Thursday - Bi's & Tri's
      Friday - Legs

      Cardio after weights also and abs 3 or 4 times a week

        Have a complete day off on wednesday and saturday. Then do some low intensity cardio or a short bout of hiit bag work on sunday. 

        Split your cardio and resistance training up. Weights in the evening, cardio in the morning. Rest is so important for growth. 


        Your doing too much. Just chill abit. I was like you when i started training.It feels wrong not training but iits the right thing to do

          how about,

          Monday - Chest

          I'd do this instead for sure...
           
          Mon - chest+tri's(if you're doing presses/dips for chest then x4-5 sets of say skullcrushes will 'finish' off tri's...that's enough!)
          Tues - legs
          Weds - off
          Thurs - back + bi's(after back, as with tri's on chest day, 2-3 sets of say barbell curls and possibly x1-2 sets of  concentration curls...job done!
          Fri - shoulders
           
          keep it strict and heavy and be out the gym in about an hour..
           
          Forget cardio and sit-ups for now...
