ORIGINAL: stone14 ORIGINAL: Daari Down 5lb - 18 days gone so far, 12 remaining are u sure its all fat? or water and muscle also?? Seems as though it's mostly fat. Could be a little bit of muscle too, as my current diet is very strict....either way, I'm not too fussed TBH. I want to get down to around 10% BF while maintaining strength. I also want to be able to run 3 miles in 18 minutes....

Very promising looking product so far from the look of things!

25 days gone - 7lb down in weight. Strength has not suffered much at all TBH. I have noticed the lethargy is getting slightly worse though, and for some reason 7-8 hours sleep doesn't seem to cut it anymore. This could be due to the fact that I am going to the gym around 7 times a week, and my body needs more time to recuperate I have had compliments regarding my weightloss from family and friends - always nice

Final summary Ran it for 31 days. Diet was extremely clean. 50-120g carbs a day. 220-260g protein, Gym 6-8 times a week. On the last day of it, I had lost 8lb according to the scale (mean of 3 readings, empty stomach in the morning). Today, I am apparantly 9lb down. This would lead me to believe that perhaps I was holding a little bit of water with it's use. Either way, I am Very very happy with the product. There were 3 side effects; - Increased body temp, which may also explain the increased thirst - Slight lethargy towards the end. Apparant after ~20 days. Nothing too bad, but very noticable - Towards the end (last week) my sleep was disturbed. Nothing much has changed in my life, so I'm almost certain it was the product While on the product there was a slight decrease in the weights I was lifting, but this is most likely due to my diet (muscle glycogen depletion).....not the product. Today is the first day after the product, and I feel fine. So there is no 'crash' period with the product - most likely due to it not being a stim. All in all, a solid product. When I recieved the product, JMA had said that they would look to include an ingredient to aid in appetite suppresion if the product was to hit the shelves. This would make an already great product even better. Lately I have had no problems controlling my appetite, but I know many people do... Definantly a product I would buy in the future I'd just like to thank Genetic Edge once again, in particular - JMA Thumbs up from me

ORIGINAL: Celt Any update on potential launch timeframe JMA? Well, this trail was designed to see if the product was as good as we thought it was and to gauge demand for a non stim fat burner. Assuming the demand is there I will look into it.

That's great. I hope there is a demand, stims have their place but are not always suitable for all, I know I'd prefer an effective non-stim personally. Any plans for a poll on this forum as a loose method for assessing demand?

If you were on a strict diet for 31 days but were not taking the fat burner how much weight do you think you would have lost? Thats probably an impossible question to answer but the reason I ask is that it is possible you could have lost 8lb with your clean diet alone without taking anything. I'm just a bit sceptical about most fat burners as I reckon it's people diets that make the difference. For me a fat burner would be one were you gave it to a person how who was training and eating normally and staying the same weight. Then without changing anything except having the fat burner and if after a month of use they had lost 8lb then i'd be convinced it worked.

In the month before using this product. I was using TTA and Forskohlii. Forskohlii is a proven aid in weight loss (scientific literature). I had lost 7lb with that combo. But the longer you diet, the harder it becomes. Leptin levels decrease, cortisol levels rise etc..... I had lost 9lb with the use of this product, I am therefore certain it contributed to my weight loss

I was losing 1.5 to 2lb per week last year on pretty much the same diet as the one I'm using this year. The average rate of weight loss in tandem with the Genetic Edge product was, however, 2.5lb per week - on a par with when I added clenbuterol into my regime last year.

Any plans for a poll on this forum as a loose method for assessing demand? A poll sounds like an interesting idea! We may have a competition to help come up with a name for it... 'Genetic Edge's Mystery Fat Burner' doesn't exactly roll off the tongue!
