Getting back in shape at 46

2nd week of my diet, all going OK keeping it simple, Monday to Friday Meal 1= Oats and half a Met-rx, meal 2&3=3 mini chicken fillets two spoons pasta salad, afternoon 1 Metamyosin shake, then after training Whey isolate shake, last meal steak veg/rice. No idea of any calories or grams of this or that, couldnt care less, lets see how it goes.

What you see as regards fats, vegetables includes broccoli/sprouts/carrots/peas. chicken is cooked on a mini griddle (George foreman type) and steak is sirlion or rib eye and I eat the fat

13lbs lost up to now, abs coming through. I used to think dieting was hard, piece of cake, pardon the pun.

Weighing around 14 5/7 at the moment, everythings coming off OK apart from lower ab area,(must be the middle age spread my dad told me about) legs and hams tightening up great, lost a bit of size from my contest days (nearly 16 years ago) but they look OK. Diet still pretty strict but am adding in a few more carbs because my workouts are suffering slightly, had a bad hypo yesterday after doing 20 minutes on the bike before legs and had to have a couple of flapjacks before I could see straight. Having some photos done with Roger Shelley when Im in shape and comparing them against the ones I had done in 96 , hopefully they wont look too different.

maybe James, I have dieted hard for that photo shoot, I am going to eat the same foods but basically double my intake, Im going to try and stay pretty lean and gain some size back and tighten up the lose skin. I think 16 years away has taken its toll a bit. I need a few months of consistent good eating and training before i decide.
