Looks like a nice simple system to progress on mate and not bad old weights to be lifting either! Glad things starting to get a bit easier for you mate, keep up the good work!

Captain T Good to hear things are looking fine. Work stress starting to come down too? Hi Cap, thing are getting a little better, a little less pressure on the job, but things are still difficult. Trying to get new clients, but a lot of small and medium business are shutting down... hope things gets better before getting worse. Ox Looks like a nice simple system to progress on mate and not bad old weights to be lifting either! Glad things starting to get a bit easier for you mate, keep up the good work! Probably is exactly what I needed, stop fussing around and go with somethign simple and straightforward: hit hard on the compund exercise, eat, rest, repeat. Now I'm trying to fix my sleeping problems, will also do a full check up asap. Will add clean and press as soon as I feel safer on the knees... also my reduce mobility on the ankle worries me a bit, don't want to put too much stress on it.

Here I am, emerging from the third page again. No one remebers me, not even NG  J/K Anyway... what happened? Had the cold, still have the cough, skipped a session due to work taking too much time, probably pulled something during my last session, since the lumbar area is aching a bit. And that's it for now... have to go to work. Ox We remember you mate!! Not seen you on here for a while. Training looks good mate, progress on these lifts and you'll add some good size, its nice and basic which is perfect! Hope your well mate and looking forward to the holidays! 11 days since my last post  Training is very basic, but I can't do any better now, hope things change soon. Holidays are going to be not so special, things look worse everyday and I'm starting to feel crisis more and more... still my job is not at stake, so this is good. We are going to stay at home with the family, and see some friends on 26th.

Captain T Hello Ghosty, injured and ill - not a good combo but looks like its not holding you back too much! Whats christmas in italy normally like? Cold is gone and the pain is almost gone too, will hit the gym tomorrow and see what happens. Christmas is usually crazy, streets and shops are crowded with people buying presents, lights and decorations everywhere... or at least this is what used to be. This year is really undertone, this crisis is hitting hard, lot of people is scared by all the new taxes that are coming... more than a merry Christmas is a Merry Crisis and Happy New Fear

Morning Ghostie....I'm so sorry I haven't been in for a few days...combination of things. You went missing for a while so didn't want to post and make you thing you needed to post back, ya know, out of politeness...and I was actually worried for you that the stuff going on in Italy was giving you problems jobwise...and you were feeling ill and I think a bit cheesed off the last few times, so I decided to just keep an eye out for you but not post...also, I've been really busy myself lately, work, home, stuff...you know how it goes sometimes..I haven't been around the journals as much as I normally do either...finding time at the mo is a bit hard...can't wait to finish work and have a rest actually.... Anyway, it is good to see you back, and don't beat yourself up over just doing the basics..it's the keeping going when it all seems tough that is the measure of a person...and I KNOW you can do it....rarrrrrrrrrrgh!! I've been very busy, with work and family. I'll get back tomy usual routine soon, but in these last days I just want to be lazy. I'm still alive and still training. I'm really busy and at night I'm so tired I really can't find the time for my journal. I'm still doing my simple routine with some good results. Pin pull is up to 200kg 5*3 (starting below the knee). I have one more 5*3 week, than is going to be two 5*1/2 weeks and after that, 12 weeks of cutting to get ready for summer. I will try to update my journal more often

Every now and then I come here to dust the place. I got promoted, so I'm much more busy than I ever was before. I'm still training 3/4 times a week, no matter how late I get home, I must hit the gym. I'm sort of cutting right now I'm keeping a journal on my computer, really not much time for an online journal... so sad.

Thanks guys. Now training is more focused on staying fit, rather than getting bigger... still trying tho Diet is not always spot on, but I'm trying to do my best. I always carry with me a couple of shakes and protein bars, but I really can't eat every 3 hours or so, I spend a lot of time visiting clients. Captain T Congratulations on the promotion mate - all the hard work paying off then! The extra job security must be a weight off the mind! Nice to see you about still! Yes Cap, I'm a lot more relaxed now. I have to work more, but being middle management now, really makes me feel on a safe spot, plus the position I have now gives a lot of room for further improvement.
