welldone pal i can see the differance in waist line and legs r realy comeing out nicely .shoulders and traps looking good aswel pal u realy have done well .now let see u getting a journol up pal and see if u can biuld on this for your comp

          i didnt realise we had to do a boob flash in the pix ;) :D
           
          i accidently looked at the start pix first and was thinking - she looks damn good.....then found the finishing pix and wowzer.   Defo leaner and more defined, looking forward to seeing better when Hazel sticks before and after together

                    A bit of both. I was coming to the end of a long fat loss diet plan, so wanted to get the last few lbs off, then improve my shape/muscle mass a little.
                     
                     Part way through the bulking I felt uncomfortable with my bodyfat levels and so put in 3-4 days of lower carbs plus a little extra cardio, but I didn't bank on a load of personal stuff coming my way which then made it difficult to actually eat enough and I dropped again.
                     
                    Basically I just wanted to improve my overall shape, and as pointed out bring my glutes/hams up a bit too.

                      Well done, some great changes there. 2 inches off your waist is a huge improvements and it really shows!!

                                    I used to see you train in Pride and also the Leisure Centre, which is where I believe you train, we spoke a few times but that was between 07 and 09.  A while ago, further North now I'm afraid.

                                      Yeah, 09-10 I had a bit of a bad time and was hardly training - if at all.
                                       
                                      This morning got a hams/glutes back workout in at the gym at the hotel we stayed in. Was a little limited with equipment but was able to put this together;
                                       
                                      SLDL 4 sets 10-6
                                      Static lunges under smith machine (the angle felt more like single leg hack squats!) 4 sets 12-6
                                      Lying leg curl on cable machine 4 sets 12-8
                                      Lying/prone pull ups on smith with feet on bench 4 x 12
                                      DB rows on inc bench 4 sets max weight 16kgs each for 7 good reps
                                      CG pull downs with single hand grips 2 sets 12, then 2 sets starting with 3 cg pull ups then down to machine and 8 pull downs
                                      Straight arm pull downs using a double attachment bar on the cable machine, was a bit wierd but they didn't have a single attachment bar!
                                       
                                      Reverse DB flyes 3 x 8-10
                                      Jack knives on swiss ball 16,12,12,12 20 ball roll outs
                                       
                                      PWO shake.
                                       
                                      Feeling tired, motivated by the people I met last night at the northern club meal but just hating winter!
