Ha Ha. 'Nother day done and no cheating, which makes it 7 days!!!! A record!!!!!Yup I've stuck to what I'm supposed to eat, to a T. Well not exactly true, because I 'ad a piece of plaice today which weren't measured. No sireee, not measured because it was in a restaurant being polite. Ordered it plain with lovely shrimp and caper butter sauce on the side - of which I had just a smidgen, approximately 4 shrimps and 2 capers and about 5mls of the buttery stuff. They asked did I want them to leave off the potatoes, serve extra veg. The extra veg was more like about 2 florets worth, hmmpfh. Anyway was very happy because I'd got through a lunch out with minimal damage. It was actually looking like no lunch at all when all I could see was pasta, fried chicken/steak/kidneys, gastro cottage pie etc. Ignored chef's shortbread brought with coffee but was very hungry this afternoon until I could get a large portion of veggies an hour or two later. Had convinced myself I'd be cheating but have mucked about on PC, looked at a M&F and cooked up a few things for tomorrow's foodage. Hey it's bedtime and I'm looking forward to destroying glutes AGAIN tomorrow.

I love eating out when I'm dieting and actually find sticking to the diet easy but I do make sure we go where I know I can order something clean. Might seem daft paying say £10 for a piece of salmon with a few potatoes and salad but just the simple fact that someone has made it for me and I'm being sociable with hubbie and perhaps some friends just helps take the mind off the diet. I think what you did was fine, plaice doesn't weigh much so if anything you may be under what you should have eaten rather than over......but there again there was 5ml of sauce.....shame on you (it wouldn't have harmed ) Well done you, keep it up

Hmm, well been in touch with Trainer today and sent her some progress pics. She is very pleased, and it appears we are making some big changes to my shape. I didn't realise I could rebalance things this quickly, but appears I'm responding very well to the new approach. I also hadn't noticed the changes until I saw the photos myself. Cardio coming soon.

Excellent news. Sometimes we don't see the changes in ourselves that's why I think it's good to have someone else who can at least assess you or take photos on a frequent basis. Good work x

I could never see the changes inbetween the BNBF centrals & NPA South East but I did make them - we get so wrapped up that we can't see it ourselves Oh and .. PICS ! WE WANNA SEE ! You're doing so so well, keep it going - aim to get through a perfect day at a time and then go to bed safe in the knowledge you managed that day and you can easily do the next .. repeat and repeat until show day x

Your bum has lifted big style, thong works for you, you have a real NABBA bum! Hammies are indeed coming through and calves; try turning your toes out slightly and seeing if it helps your quad sweep from the back because you have awesome quads but they're not showing as well as they could in your back shot Can really see your teardops too at the front well done

Fabulous work. You have a very nice bottom if I dare say so and Flick is in danger of you taking over my hubbies attention in that area I'm sure with some posing perfection you will look even better....your right lat comes out but not your left lat. Lovely tiny waist and abs will no doubt appear well. As said, your legs are great, quads and hammies. Good work x

hififi HaHa, oh yeah! Hadn't noticed the right/left lat flex! :-)xx I actually have a problem with my entire left side, the left shoulder doesn't do the same thing as my right and my left quad also needs pulling out more. Wish my trusty camera assistant would say something, I think he's too frightened but that's the sort of think I need him to point out. I've taken him to shows and things, and also exposed him plenty of piccies of female bodybuilders.

SoOo hard posing full stop never mind trying to correct imbalances, but we have faith that lots of practice will have your wings out & you'll b flying to that trophy! Kitty recommended I just hang on the chin up bar too to relax any tension in the area that could be hindering getting wings out. :-)xx

Hanging on the chin bar or stretching the shoulder blades out at the front part of a low pulley row, for stretching the blades rather than for relaxing tension. I think too many women are tight in the shoulder blade area which stops them spreading!

I think too many women are tight in the shoulder blade area which stops them spreading! Ta, I'll try this. I do appear to have smaller muscles right down my left side full stop, I used to have a party trick I could do with the left shoulder(but not the right) and I'm wondering if that's skewing things too.. Did rush off to do some naked posing in front of the mirror last night, concentrating on my left side and flexing a bit less on the right. Looked a bit better and might work!
