It's virtually impossible to spot reduce(pick were the reduction in fat comes from)however 0.4kg in 6days is a good start fish pie,at least it's going in the right direction considering you only started on the 18 Jan. Just google 'boxercise' and lots of options will appear from dvd's,YouTube video's,even a description of various workouts,There are also a number of fat burning products available to assist in your aims(forazdirect.com) is one a lot of people I know use. Good luck!!!

My comments looking at your diet would be to be increasing the protein in your diet to at least 1g, pref 1.5g per pound of body weight. Our bodies are made of amino acids (protein) and without protein in out diets we won't be building any muscle. Your diet is too heavily focused on carbs. As for your "I don't want to be a body builder" comment, it doesn't make sense. Muscle gain will occur when you eat with a calorie surplus with enough protein to build a large amount of muscle. This won't happen. You aren't eating enough. Also, muscle toning doesn't exist - you simply strip away fat and expose muscle or build fresh muscle. Hope that helps.

Hi Just read your post and thought I'd add something here. A quick calculation puts you at approximately 5'4" and 8st 7lb ish, yet you want to lose another 5kg (10lbs) which would take you to 7st11ish. This is very light for someone of your stature, unless you are very small boned/proportioned. especially someone who is working out. Regards your diet, there really isn't much of it there. A common mistake I made years ago was thinking all this 'health' stuff was going to help me towards a low body fat, when in reality I had to eat some more real foods. Fish is a good start however you appear to be quite picky about your meat. It's ok to have preferences, however it depends how much you want to improve your fitness. Sometimes when people get serious about their diet and training, they look at food as fuel and eat things they wouldn't normally like, and grow to like it. 0.4kg in 1 week is more or less 1lb, and for someone of your weight is actually a decent loss. Oh and weight training often does result in a reduction of inches, rather than actual weight and will give you a much better look, plus you'll feel better too.

More protein for breakfast or more with every meal? I was actually worried that if I exercised too much I'll have muscles everywhere lol, some muscle is good but I don't want too much.

Oh and weight training often does result in a reduction of inches, rather than actual weight and will give you a much better look, plus you'll feel better too. That's my target weight because I'm pretty sure I have at least 10 pounds of fat to get rid of, and when I gain some muscle it would hopefully bring the total loss to ~10. I'll try to eat more meat like chicken, but unfortunately I have always been picky about meat and which parts I eat, whereas I love almost all fish. I'm happy to try foods I normally don't eat for the time being, though at as part of my longterm diet I have to eat foods I enjoy (mainly fish/eggs) or I would quickly become bored. Hopefully I'll keep losing the inches (and kg)!

Good to see that your positive towards what changes need addressing,I was just wondering do you have a little barbell/dumbbell set of weights, the good thing about circuit training etc,is that it uses min weight but delivers really good results whilst working the cardiovascular system and also toning/firming up the muscles, reducing fat around the whole body.

As a female you need to eat loads of food, lift very heavy for years and probably use hormonal assistance to get 'muscles everwhere'. Most men struggle to gain, never mind us with our miniscule amount of testosterone.
