Gluten/Wheat Free 8 Week Clean bulk 28 January 2012 17:51 (permalink)
OK so for anyone intersted Im going to run a quick 8 week clean bulk, Im not allergic to gluten/wheat but I am sensitive to products containing it, such that I dont exhibit and alergic reaction, but can experience some significant digestive problems. Thought I would post up my basic diet plan for anyone in a similar situation.

My starting weight is 102.8Kg at 5'6" and I'm running the following fairly small cycle;
200mg    Nandrolone Decanoate per week
100mg    Testosterone Enanthate per week
100mg    Testosterone Cypionate per week
100mg    Trenbolone Enanthate per week
4iu Human Growth Hormone every other day

My diet will be 42%/42%/15% = Carb/Protein/Fat = 1400cal/1400cal/513cal = 350g/350g/57g = TOTAL 3313cal
This will be split into 7 meals with roughly the same macronutrients in each. Every meal contains about 52g Protein and 52g Carbs.
Yep its a high protien diet in relation to a lot of other people.

As you can see, my first 2 meals of the day feature highly in short chain carb/sugars like fruit, as I need the energy boost early in the day to work out before work, but after that the remaining meals are generaly complex carbs only,

05:00 Breakfast
61g Whey Protein
30g Gluten Free Corn Flakes
240g Orange Juice
Multi Vit/Mineral Pack, 3g Creatine Ethyl-Ester, 5g BCAA, 1000mg VitC

06:00
Workout (30 Min Cardio, 45 Min Lifting)

07:45 Post-Workout
61g Whey Protein
200g Bananas
3g Creatine Ethyl-Ester, 5g BCAA

09:00 Breakfast (at work)
170g Chicken Breast Fillets
60g Wholemeal Basmati Rice
100g Mixed Veg
Gluten Free Vegetable Gravy

12:00 Lunch (at work)
170g Chicken Breast Fillets
60g Gluten Free Pasta
100g Mixed Veg
Gluten Free Vegetable Gravy

15:00 Afternoon Snack (at work)
61g Whey Protein
100g Genius Gluten Free Brown Bread
5g BCAA

19:00 Dinner (at home)
170g Smoked Haddock Fillets
280g Boiled Small Potatoes (nice bit of pepper!!)

22:00 Pre-Bead Meal
62g Slow Digestable Milk Protein
100g Gluten Free Brown Bread toast
5g BCAA, 3g Creatine Ethyl-Ester

My Training Split is 5 days on, 2 days off, but they are short H.I.T. workouts with 1 major, 1 minor bodypart.
Expectation over 8 weeks is 5kg or about 12lbs of clean-muscle, perhaps upto 15lbs if there is any gain in fat.

Hope this may help anyone else with gluten issues :)
Jay.

        3 weeks in and a weight gain of 3.4kg or 7.5lbs, currenltly (106.2Kg 233lbs)

Feels and looks like lean gain, some tightening around the midsection although that will be in part due to some fat loss with site injections of Growth Hormone which I have been administering only in the abdominal region. Have upped my sleep to 8 hrs daily as was starting to feel pretty lethargic on the morning workout.

Am thinking of dropping the carbs out of the final meal of the day too, to try and get a slight edge with the gains being mostly muscle tissue. Im having to force down the bread in the last meal and dont feel the need for it. In the past I can really notice when Im slightly carb depleted as I get a real craving for carbs, since this is not happinging I think the bread in the last meal can go.

if you want to increase the cals further,
            consider:
            Carbs:
            Sweet potato
            quinoa
            gluten free porridge http://www.ecogreenstore....uxury-500g-p-1565.html

            Fats:
            EV olive oil
            Almond butter
peanut butter. (both butters from bulk powders/my protein)

            should be enough variety.
            boom
