Go easy on me and give me your expert advice!

I have been training for a year or so, decent mix of cardio and weights, I tend to get up at around 05:45 so that's the hardest part, I just don't have the inclination to train at ngiht though I am looking at a local boxing club which would motivate me. I like My Protein's thermopure, I know it's not going to shift fat but it gives em a pick me up without the shakes or need to go downstairs and wait for the kettle to boil. I am about to try an initial 3 week or so cycyle of Albuterol, probably 2 mg x 3 or 4 a day to start with, my question is, am I ok to take thermo pure to get me up and at 'em and still take my albuterol throughout the day? I prefer thrmopure because it lacks the jitterness of other ''fat burners/caffeine based supplements'' and I hear Albuterol is better in that regard than Clen, so my question is, would say 5:30 two thermpures 06:00 workout 07:00 healthy breakfast/protein shake first Albuterol 11:00 Albuterol with halthy lunch 16:00 Albuterol before/with tea sound ok and healthy enough? Also, I have been told to take benadryl, do I need to do this during the initial cycle? I have never been a great sleeper so I would take nitol or generic equivalent which has 12.5/25mg of the diaph etc. ingredient of Benadryl, is taking this one or two nights a week when I can't sleep going to have no negative effects and maybe even some positive ones or is not needed until after week 3? Also do I need taurine, good diet, decent protein intake, cutting back on carbs but want to speed up some loss for a holiday, still carrying around a stone and a half more than i would like. Constructive guidance on timings and combinations would be much appreciated. Cheers guys, Zebs

Meant 18:00 for tea, sorry, don't want to get too hung up on the food aspect, I know it's the most important bit, for example today, protein shake, oats so simple and some almonds so far with vitamins, omega 3 and milk thistle with breakfast. Just really looking for safety and timing guidance please for the albuterol and anything stimulant wise first thing. Thanks for replying so promptly!

the albuterol i can't help with, i stay away from anything like that. did you have a flavoured oats so simple? as far as i'm aware, some of the flavoured ones are quite high in sugar, which isn't ideal if you're looking at shifting fat.

Pomegranite which I believe is lower than the golden syrup one, I know what you mean with some of them. Any advice on what to eat when to pack on lean muscle while trying to trim down and also if you are looking at lean muscle do you think weights before cardio is best if you are doing both and it's not an alternating day?
