Just wondering if there are any supps which can go off if you leave the bag open ? I leave all mine open as I cant be bothered with the self zip thingy on the bag. But taking a look at my dextrose now they are in big hard lumps. Is that bad ? Is there anything which i should zip up ? I know to keep my fish oils in the fridge dunno bout anything else though

The hard lumps are most likely due to moisture and as the moisture increases it will become more hospitable for bacteria.

As shae said, certainly zip you protein supps. I'd zip every thing, seriously it takes a second to zip the bag closed and if it doesn't zip then demand a refund as the product is not fulfilling it's purpose and poses a health risk.
