Any recommendations. I've found it really helps and I want to educate myself further. So far have read: Brilliant CBT - Dr Stephen Briers A Guide To Rational Living - Powers, Harper & Ellis Learned Optimism - Martin Seligman

Good introductory text. Laid out the basic principles and gives some exercises to do which help. I had already read the Seligmann book so I already knew much of the stuff. Would definitely recommend it to a first timer.

Got a kindle over christmas so just got back to regular reading myself, trying to get some self-development. Along the lines of CBT there are alot of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming books)I've started with a few Richard Bandlar ones; Using your brain, The users manual for the brain, Trance-formations. Not to sure the best ones to start with as they sometimes make me have to read through the same thing a couple of times to understand. Definitely worth having a read though. Gary
