Good shopping list...
16 March 2010 14:28
( permalink)
Help me make a good default shopping list as I tend to go blank when I get into the super market. I'm looking for basic items that are flexible and generally a good buy when on a clean bulking diet. ATM I've got; Whole chicken Tinned tuna Oats Quark Honey Minced turkey (never found it though) Fruit and veg. Eggs What else is always on your shopping list?

Thanks true, I like nearly all food stuffs but cottage cheese is about the only exception and maybe tripe. I was chuffed to discover quark which is not bad, I'm experimenting with it to make the ultimate midnight snack. Ah jimmy a fellow derbyite I feel your pain. Only joking, I'll love the place if I have a good night in the casino tonight. I'm planning on winning at least 5 pints.
