Just made this for lunch, it was so nice thought I'd post it here. it's not my recipe, it's from a book I have, but it seems good from a nutrition perspective for people on here. Makes two portions. Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small onion, roughly chopped 1 red chilli, seeded and roughly chopped 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped 1 tsp cumin seeds 500g bag frozen garden peas 600ml chicken stock 2 slices parma ham 2 tbsp half fat creme fraiche Half a lemon Salt and pepper Method: Heat olive oil in large saucepan, fry onion, garlic and chilli for 4 minutes. Add cumin seeds and fry for a further minute. Add the peas and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Puree with a hand blender or in a blender. Add juice of half a lemon, creme fraiche and season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat a non stick frying pan and cook the parma ham for 30 seconds each side. Ladle the soup into a bowl and break over the crispy ham. Nutritional breakdown: Calories 272 Protein 21g Carbohydrate 29g Fat 9g Saturated fat 2g Fibre 13g Added sugars 0 Salt 1.75g Try it, it's really nice!

Recipe threads without pics should be banned!!!! It does sound rather nice though. Perfect autumn food.
Our economy is based on spending billions to persuade people that happiness is buying things, and then insisting that the only way to have a viable economy is to make things for people to buy so they’ll have jobs and get enough money to buy things
