when i racked the 180 kg i felt a twinge in my left knee, and after that it had a kind of tendonitus type feeling within the knee cap kind of like the one common in elbows..
130 kg x 1 atg paused for 4 seconds
140 kg x 3 ATG paused for 4 seconds not bad, maybe had another
11'' box squat (first time doing these)
100 kg x 1
120 kg x 3
125 kg x 3
130 kg x 3
140 kg x 2 not to failure
front squats

130 kg x 1 very easy
142.5 kg x fail with wraps, confidence issue..
not not bad today, im sure ive got a 200 kg parallel squat in me
im just hoping this knee pain is serious and will clear quickly ready for big deads on wednesday!!
definatly got that 142.5 kg front squat in me, before i did the lift i my mind was on my knee ache, and it knocked me off game , i know for sure i will get it next week.
