The posts made be athletic edge nutrition are correct. Creatine is not something that works instantly so taking it during training will have no discernible impact whatsoever compared to taking it any other time.

So what about SizeOn? It's Creatine only Gluconate and you drink it while working out (think this the preferred use), they do say you can use it before.

But neither would it have any affect if taken pre, during, post. With creatine supplementation, timing of consumption is not a huge issue, consistently taking it is.

So can you just clarify. Taking size on during a workout will have no benfit??? I only take size on on training days which is only 4 times a week. This basically will have no benefit to me yeah??? Also you mention about amino style drinks during a workout. If you wanted to use something during a workout this is the best product yeah??? I train early ish lol in the morning bout 45 mins after breakfast. A a pre workout drink is not really an option as they need to be taken on an empty stomach dont they??? Cheers

BCAA is the best to take during a workout, ideally BCAA should be consumed pre/during/after workout. As far as im aware pre wo supps would work best on an empty stomach yes, why not down a 200mg caffeine tablet 30mins pre wo if you can, it will energise you and wake you up.

Good flavoured BCAA drinks are scivation xtend and controlled labs purple wraath, xtend is nicer. Not too expensive and not the cheapest pricewise, just use it on your workout days imo mate. Wouldnt know too much about size on tbh mate, all i know is that they say take it during wo, i would just take it during wo tbh. If you want your question answered drop thaifighter a PM or something.

Taking ANY creatine during a workout will not have a performance impact on THAT workout. Creatine's affects are acumulative. Taking creatine 4x a week, could likely be enough to saturate your muscles and bring about the desired performance effects. I usually take creatine 4-5x week and get great gains. I'm just saying the dose of creatine you take DURING your workout does not affect that workouts performance. But when you take if for a few days straight, it does start building in your muscles and impacting strength/power. The best peptide/EAA product to take DURING your workout is ours :) You could experiment taking the preWO product BEFORE you eat. Main thing is the food will blunt the stim/energy aspect of the formula if you take it after. You could also try taking a powder preWO supplement 15 mins preWO, they often are absorbed pretty quickly as long as your meal wasn't too heavy or filled with fat!

Ive taken two servings of this so far, and will take it at the same time everyday. 50 minutes before my workout on training days. I got the sour apple flavour - which isnt unpleasant but very articifical/chemical tasting. Couldnt care less to be honest, im just hoping this stuff will deliver its promises. Joe

I don't see why it wouldn't all the types of creatine in there work and as long as you get 3-5g a day, it should work just fine.
