The claims for green tea include reducing the risk of cancer, preventing or alleviating rheumatoid arthritis and eliminating heartburn. But green tea is perhaps best known for its high levels of anti-oxidents, and green tea is used to increase metabolism without increasing your heart rate, helping aid weight loss.

you love your supplements there is no magic stack which will boost your gains. you wont find a magical herb extract which will give you roid like gains. the supplement industry is all marketing/hype. obviously it can be benificial to supplement with certain things but there is only so much they can do you need good training, good diet, dedication and patience in answer to your question. its more convenient to have a certain amount of extract, rather than drinking multiple cups of tea to get the same "benefit"

The metabolic effects of it are very very small but present. Antioxidants are there, but are also in normal black tea.

Agree with this ^ It's just healthy for you imo - you actually start to like the taste after a week or so. I used to drink it all day when I was dieting. I know Lex (our advisor) is a massive fan of it, and has loads of mugs throughout the day. Out of tea / coffee / other hot drinks...it must be the "best for you" imo.

Thats why I pop up on here alot asking stuff lol. Just bought Tribulus Terrestris Testosterone Boost. So will give it ago and see if it helps with my work outs. I give things a try even if alittle diffrence with a good diet and workout's. The supplements Im using at the moment are all great and happy with. I might end up with afew 100 LOL

i have been trying to get a cup a day in now for about 6months, i dont know if its giving me any noticeable changes as im doing a lot of other stuff too which i know will effect my body. I dont like the taste of it tho, so i tend to pour it a good hour before i drink it then neck it cold. i just add boiling water to the cup along with the bag and let it steep till it goes cold

Ignore him Pete mate. I think it is good that you are always asking about new supps. Learning about what they could do to help is a very clever thing to do.

Catstar It tastes bitter because youre burning the leaves. Water needs to be off boiling point. So boil a kettle, pour it into a cup, top it off with some cold water and let your tea bag bre for 1 minute then try it Try it with a splenda tab or two as well

I thought becasue i dont use fresh green tea (i use ones that come prepacked in the sachets) it wouldnt matter
