Guys I need your advice. Looking to get back into shape and a good level of fitness.
Hey people, I need advice. I am 20 years old, male, and slightly overweight. I am looking to lose weight, get in good shape and improve my health and fitness. I currently weigh 13 stone, and would like to lose some of that weight as I am only around 5 ft 7, therefore weigh too much.
As for how much exercise I do at the minute, I play an hour of five a side every Tuesday, and an hour of seven a side every Wednesday. I also play Sunday league now and then (games are often called off at the minute due to weather etc). I wouldn't say I was extremely unfit, I am fitter than I look. Quite slim in figure overall but just with a belly, and moobs :(
Just wondering if any of you had any great tips for exercising more, and also what to eat and when, because that is what I really struggle with. Doesn't help that I am a picky eater.
I can't join the gym at the moment as I am currently out of work :(
Any help would be massively beneficial to me, and I would be extremely grateful. Please help. If you have any questions just ask.
