Gym closed while im on cycle !! 10 February 2012 21:49 (permalink)
Hi, My gyms weight area is closed for 3 - 4 days and i'm a week into a cycle of Methyl Dread, Is it a waste of a 4 week cycle if I take these days off?

    Improvise.

    Deadlift the couch.

    Carry the tv up and down the stairs.

    Push the car up and down the street.

    Carry cavity blocks up and down your garden.

    What am i getting at??? think strongman.

      Lol, the above (although may seem very comical) are legit suggestions!
       
      At the very least do some bodyweight exercises at home/kids playground.

                Do some dips to failure, and some press-ups to failure.
                 
                But to be honest, resting for a few day is actually going to assist in your growth as it allows more time for recovery. While on PHs, the same rule applies... a little spell of rest wont hurt you!
