Gyno kill?

hi

i have on previous cycles had a small bit of gyno in right nipple, tiny lump and sensitive

nolva seemed to reasonably sort this out and just left me with a bit more harder nipples


im now on another cycle of dbol and it seems to have come back but without the lump, tissue under nipple is trying to form but i have more of a womans pointy nipple but not really sensitive.  the gf has noticed and commented, and so did the kids on holiday.


i have been taking nolva again whilst on cycle to keep it under control and stop the sensitivity which it seems to be doing but i am very concious


but the question is, should i stop cycle?  im about 3weeks in

will this clear up better after cycle or is this likely permanent now and maybe need surgery?

ps: i have ordered some clomid also to try and help, should arrive within 1-2weeks

I just noticed some minor gyno, I've just started a Nolva PCT so I'll see how that goes but if it doesnt sort it I will definately be using Letro, its supposedly the best thing for gyno reversal.

i just ordered some letro after reading a few threads, shame i only bough clomid this week

so spent alot but if it all sorts then perfect


any suggestions on dosages please?

Day 1: 0.25mg
Day 2: 0.50mg
Day 3: 1.0mg
Day 4: 1.5mg
Day 5: 2.0mg
Day 6: 2.5mg

- Keep the dose at 2.5mg/ED until the symptoms disappear. When gyno seems to be gone, go for another 4-7 days at 2.5mg/ED (just to be sure). Then taper Letro down:

Day 1: 2.0mg
Day 2: 1.5mg
Day 3: 1.0mg
Day 4: 0.50mg
Day 5: 0.25mg

- Keep that dose (0.25mg/ED) until the end of the cycle.
- You can get a estrogen rebound

Letro is a very strong AI. To avoid that rebound start your SERM on the last day of the cycle at the dose used for the first week of PCT (and then continue with your PCT).

^^^^^^^Perfect advise....be prepared to wait a while for the gyno to subside completely tho.  It's sometimes a bit hard to get rid of.

start the letro now, if its still active its gone and once it goes dormant surgery will be your only option.

drop the clomid and nolva, theres no point.

ill stick with the nolva to keep control till the letro is delivered

seems i wasted money on clomid then

If the gyno is to far gone and therefore after trying the letro it does not shift it, will it leave any side effects etc by using it to try and get rid of the gyno?

Also with regards tapering and then finishing of the letro, what should you use and in what dosage to ensure you do not get estrogen rebound?

from what im reading i should use the letro as soon as it arrives and ok to finish my cycle (another 3 weeks or so) then taper down the letro and start my pct using nolva

start your pct with nolva and clomid.

and hcg if your bollocks are small. however your bollocks will come back with time with just nolva and clomid.

some people who were in your position stopped the cycle entirely, used letro immediately along with nolva and clomid.

nolva is shyt for handling gyno, its old school. i dont see why you shoudl bother when better counterparts are out there.

nolva will prevent it, but cure it? its not as effective as other things...

nope, its the dosage he`s advising to help your gyno, i agree with sticking to the nolvadex tbh.
i would always use that first before i reverted to letro, letros very harsh even at a low dose.I would also consider using an a.i with future cycles with a high level of aromatase if your prone to flare ups.

update:

I do keep killing the gyno, had a flare up recent at xmas as forgot my pills when away a couple of days.

pretty much cleared now with letro


but my new question is, once i come of orals and finish pct will my nipples go back to normal?

they are slightly pointy now and this is even after got rid of lumps.

when go clean for 6months etc will i get back to how i was a couple of years ago before had my 1st oral?  or is it i will get rid of the lumps but may have to live with a slight point for rest of life???
