#1, consult a physician. Seriously. For all you know, you could have a valve problem or something else. Steroids do enlarge the heart (it's a muscle). At the very least you should consider using a mild dose of blood pressure medication, like micardis.
how long does it take to get your heart checked and its expesive if i was to go private

1st thing i did when i got back home from overseas was go to hospital they had me hooked up to ECG machines and did blood tests for 7hours im not sure wether or not they can find valve issues in the testing they did but they said the heart was fine and enzymes were all in check and no sign of damage or "episode" as they called it..referring to heart failure or attack i guess. they pretty much wrote me off as hypertention due to steroid use.

I honestly can't answer the question. It depends on what country you are in and what your insurance covers. It might be close to free, as it is preventive care, yes? ibrox lad
