guys who have taken HGH on it's own. have you noticed an bloating of the face?

I got this with GH in the past... put it down to letting my diet slip when I was abroad.
My advice - Reduce sodium intake drink plenty water and increase potassium intake.

Yeah bloating of face plus fingers felt really fat.
I reduced the dose then slowly built back up.

lets say u are planing to use 4iu ed for 6 months. then never start out doing 4iu ed. but start out using 1iu and work ur way up is the way to go. if u want to prevent side effects from using hgh. bloated face,feets and numb fingers is very normal.
