Hello just joined looking for some advice been looking through a few different forums and decided to join this one tto start as have heard and read good things about it. I weigh around 13stone and have a body fat about 23%. in october i ran the survival of the fittest in nottingham was just glad to finish. had planned to use that as motivation to spring me forward and get healthier and leaner how ever that hasnt happened partly as i injured my foot but mainly lazyness and poor diet. I know i should be eating "clean" and i do try but where i really fall down on this is at work as a carer on a semi busy unit i dont always get a chance to stop and have a healthy snacks so i had been just eating the cake or flapjacks others have made but have recently been trying to be good but am noticing i need something to replace this with was trying nuts and sometimes a protien shake but find that after a few days i get sick of the taste but struggle to come up with other ideas any one with any good tricks or snack recipes that they use when working shifts please help (ideally something i could batch make and store. i also train at home and am trying to put together a workout but am confused as to wether to go full body or split days for fat burning. Many thanks for any help or advice in the forums.

Welcome! I'd advise breaking your post donw and asking questions in the relevant sub-forums. Post up in the 'diet' and the 'trainig routines' and/or #beginners' sections to gain maximum response. Enjoy your time here!
