I do this at the end of my weights workouts.
- Set the PM for 20mins.
- Warm up for 5mins
- As soon as the clock hits 14:30 I row as hard as I can for 30secs. (Not going above 30spm)
- Row slowly for 30secs.
- Repeat x 10.
- Cool down for the last 5mins.
This is good because you can choose the rest periods. Ideally you'd be working for 30secs then resting for 30sec but if you're not up to it you can adjust to suit.
