Normal test production per day - 5mg-10mg.
As we know, there is a wide window of what is considered 'normal'. Let's say on average 7.5mg ed or 50mg pw. That's 150mg per 3 weeks.
Sust is 250mg of testosterone including ester weight. It is not 250mg of testosterone hormone only. 'Esters' are attached to the hormone to facilitate a 'timed release' effect (the ester must be cleaved off by the body (over time) in order for the hormone to be utilised by the body). Generally, the longer (and thus heavier) the ester chain attached, the longer it takes for the body to utilise the hormone.
So, how much actualy testosterone hormone is there in 250mg sustanon?
Sust consists of 90mg of test prop & phenylprop. These are 83% testosterone so 90mg estered = 74.7mg testosterone
It also contains 60mg test isocaproate which is roughly 74% testosterone so 44.4mg testosterone
Lastly it contains 100mg test decanoate (the longest carbon chain ester therefore the 'heaviest'). This is roughly 62% testosterone so 100mg estered = 62mg test.
Add all of those components and we have an actual testosterone content of 75+44+62 = 181mg of actual testosterone per 250mg ampoule.
