Re:Had my gyno op today! upsated with pics!

Im 9weeks post op at Medimel. All is good, apart from scar tissue under the nipples. My right nipple is stuck to the scar tissue but with massaging im hoping this will come away. I was going to look into getting an ultrasound device and performing that, however 8weeks post op im not sure how effective it would be. I waited 6weeks post op before training agaim..they recommend at least 6 and i certainly wouldnt want to put a big amount of stress on a freshly healed wound. Now i just wish this damn scar tissue would go

To clarify, once you have the surgery to remove the glans does this remove all further possibility of gyno redeveloping?

glad to hear its going well leeds! hope the scar tissue clears up.....vaguely recall someone mentioning an injection to break up scar tissue. maybe speak to doc if it persists. Mrburn it doesnt guarentee u wont get gyno again cos some cells always remain of the gland. i do believe the risk is decreased and i would imagine it couldnt grow as large as the whole gland obviously cant swell. maybe someone else can give a definitive answer. I'm always gonna protect with an AI though!

Gary edit your Original thread starter to change name of thread. Ive been using Letro for around 40 days now and my gyno has shrunk right down, so hopefully it will keep shrinking down. Ive just had a letter from Aberdeen royal infirmary plastic surgeon dept for my initial consultation for the gyno removal, im gonna leave it for now and hope i dont need. Gary you are one lean dude wish you could buy genetics like that from the shops, sounds like everything is still going well for ya mate all the best .

squelcher i'd only done one cycle of test and anavar before my op and was cruisin on test when i had it done. like i said my gyno was also from puberty and AAS's had no effect on it at all but guess it was from researching AAS's and their sides that i found out about surgery and looked into it. I think ur only way to gaurantee it wont come back is not to do AAS's again (not sure even thats a gaurantee)....but cycling again is a risk it may return. Brutali, glad urs is shrinking with medicinal treatment. good news. haha u wanna buy leanness and i wanna buy bulk. strange old world! ps i'm nearly 2 weeks and scabs have dropped and u'd barely know i had anything done. results still look really good. started the massaging of scar tissue but theres not much. may start gym next week...but not chest.

NOW THATS THE NAUSEAS FEELING IVE MISSED SO MUCH AFTER WORKOUT!!!! first day back at gym today (18 days post op) for legs and abs. felt gooooooood! chest is doin really well. lookin at me topless u wouldnt have a clue!! to the touch there's a few areas of scar tissue behind nips and just lateral to them which is reducing every day with massage and ibuprofen gel to rid any swelling left over. weighed in at gym and havent lost a pound! chuffed! mentally i feel like ive lost a bit of muscle but nothing drastic and i did make the most of a few weeks off with the diet at times! will post pics once i get that back ;) well i hope this thread has helped any of u that are considering gyno surgery....but dont take it light heartedly.....it is a surgical procedure and needs research, consultations and ur own decision!

Hey Gary 1985, just looking for some advice I currently suffer from gyno from a test and deca cycle (nievely done), just over a year ago. I got a free consultation with ' transform ' on Friday at there Southampton clinic not sure with which surgeon. Who did you have? And at which clinic? And how is it now happy with the results? I'm 23, 185lbs 11% bf. cheers for any help.

Surgery should be last resort IMO, you may be able to reverse it with some meds

Hey mate, yea I've tried cutting my bodyfat down to around 9% to see if it was fatty tissue (even tho I have a hard lump of tissue) did nothing but make my nipples look worse, tried letro at 2.5mg for 3 weeks then tapering off to 0.5mg then nolvadex to stop rebound, also didnt do anything and the sides on letro are AWFUL. Tried nolvadex for a few months at Low dose whilst I was cutting and again lumps in both nipples didn't change in size. Not sensitive or itchy but there is the lumps behind both. Just wish I learnt about AI and SERMS before cycling AAS rather than after. Annoyed with myself, but i got it now and have the money to get rid so just gonna get it done! And can see Gary had it done at transform. Looked a bit into getting it done in Poland but for many reasons I woul rather the local the better! Cheers

Sorry yea I have been off cycle 14 months roughly I did test and deca with a crap nolvadex PCT then got gyno so jumped on some letro a mate got me which killed all sensitivity and icthyness but never got rid of the lump so got off it. Think my only choice is surgery! Which sucks.. but my fault!
