ImageShack.us Im 116lbs, bf 24% 32"chest, 28 waist, 35 hip, 37 thigh...and the wrong side of 40.
Goals are to lose bf (not sure how much to aim for in 12weeks, I'll just see how the first weeks go and take it from there. Want to build muscle and strength while keeping flexibility and even up my left and right shoulder/arm strength.
Had an op on my left shoulder left year and wasnt allowed to do much for a while which left me looking like a sack of spuds. Have managed to shift some of the blubber through cycling and have been weight training for 3 months -
Im going to be cleaning up my diet and trying the six small meals game - quite hard as my working days are pretty irregular, but Ive invested in a nice range of pretty tupperware and rice cakes.
no assistance bar protein shakes and maybe some creatine and maybe them lucozade energy sweets before training...
