I have been training for around 4 years now, I started off at around 9.5stone.
I'm now 26, 5,11", 12.9st,and around 14% B/Fat. I would consider myself in good shape.
I always ensure my form is correct when lifting & mix up my routine every couple of months,
usually I do a 3/4 day split.
I bench 120kg & curl 45kg on the ez bar, Whilst i am not dissapointed with my gains over the yrs, i now want to seriously step it up & add more size. I have only ever used reflex protien as a supp.
I am now taking mutant mass & met rx pure creatine caps (6 a day, 3 before & 3 after workout)
My diet is clean but i know i do not eat enough to add serious bulk- my job are funny about eating at desks & i only get a half hour break a day to eat. (harsh i know!)
I have many times considered a course & have friends who cycle juice often, however I want to try all alternatives before making that call,
can anyone recomend any decent supps that actually work from experience??
