currently im using 3x 1000mg Glucosamine tablets throughout the day for joint maintaince, aswell as fish oils.

To say whether its better or not is a tough call club, its recommended you use tablets in conjunction with the gel, the gel is cheap so try both and let us know your thoughts, i felt the gel helped ease my knee injury.

Or is there any evidence to show it actually works?
