It's £7.48 but who's for 10p?! I'm going to try some as I've been experiencing joint pain after doing back or biceps where my inner forearm meets my bicep. Worth a shot at that price I reckon. [EDIT] it doesn't calculate checkout correctly so you're correct. It states it's £2.45 for the first item and £0.65 for each additional item - that's £3.10 in my book yet they only charge £3.00 at checkout.

Wilks Cheers Ice. You used the gel before? WHat's it like? Alright wilks, ive used hair gel before haha lol oj, na mate got it off simplysupps for free when ordering one time but my bro nicked it so never used it. Was going to get some off SS but their out of stock, infact their out of stock in most things i want so i had to look elsewhere, but damn the above is cheap for 100ml gluc gel delivered! My reason for trying this is becasue i feel glucosamine only works to a certain extent, so will use gluc tablets and gel and hopefully its a matching combo for full effects. Gluc & chon is abit of a rip off or i would be on that.

i tried the h&B version, concentrations may be different. I did notice a significant difference while cutting and running everyday-my knees were getting sore so got this while tablets were in the post, definetly worked for me.

Superb service!!! Ordered thur night and my 2 tubs came sat morning! Its quite runny no need to use too much or the tube wont last long, i plan to apply to my problem areas twice a day, they recommend up to six times a day, going to combine the gel with 2000mg gluc daily ie 2 tablets.

Dave Talbot do you guys find this works better than tha tabs? how does it get the glucoasmine 'in' to your body if ya see what i am askin? cheers :) ABSOLUTELY without a doubt. Topical glucosamines(w/msm and chond) usually take days instead of weeks like tabs that need to be loaded for a couple weeks to see results
