Hi guys, its been a while, hope you all well and had a great xmas and New year, as most of you know i was prety much off the scene last year but thats more for personal reasons, i even comteplated on quiting bodybuilding, all thou i am not sure if im going to compete yet this year my goal is to keep training hard and improving everyday. When i stared competing mhy goal was to become a Natural Britih champion and that remains my goal and everything i do in life is towards achieving that goal. This thread is to keep you guys posted on my progress and for any help or advice i can give and also that i can receive, there are many amazing bodybuilders on here and their input to make me a better bodybuilder is always welcome. Pre workout: 1 scoop of Shotgun Post Workout: 3 Scoops of Growth Matrix Meal 2: 100g beef and peas Meal 3: 150g Turkey with peas with 10g good oil Meal 4: 150g Turkey with peas with 10g good oil Meal 5: 150g Turkey with peas with 10g good oil Before Bed: s scoops of whey with 25g peanut butter Yesterday was day off so the only changes in the diet was breakfast which i had 60g oats instead of 80g and the pre and post work out shakes were not comsumed. swifty99 good chest workout Helder, just a quick question, do you swap your workouts around every time you go in the gym or have you got a routine. also what rep range to do you believe works best for naturals like yourself. thanks again Hi mate, I never really do the same exercises when i train appart form a few which i think are must!! I vary my sessions every week, one week is giant set week where i pick a range of exercises and do 4 sets of 20 reps without rest on each exercise, the week after i will do drop sets, which means i do a warm set and then straight to working set with heaviest weight droping down 3 times without rest and i usualy do 2 working sets and the 3rd week i do rest pause, which means after a warm up set i do my heaviest weight, rest for 10 seconds then go again with the same weight and then rest again for another 10 seconds and go again for one last go. thats it the week after i go back to giant sets and so on.
