Wow thanks!! LOL!! you are such a smoothie!
I will certainly think about a journal when I have sorted out my diet and exercise plan. I can not make my mind up!! shall i add some muscle to my frame to enter competitions? I am not sure about this because I read that I would need to buy lots of supplements and have no idea where to start! LOL!
Or should i lose the wobbly bits to enter some athletic competitions and go for some modelling casts??

Hey,
With regards to the supplements. They are entirely that, they "supplement" your current diet to either add too or fill any holes that your diet may leave. So its all down to your diet, the supplements may make a small difference once you have that sorted.
First things first you need to set a goal, I always like to have a long term goal set, but also set short term ones so you get the sense of acheivment on a more regular basis.
In the most simple terms possible, if you want to add muscle mass, you generally need to consume more calories than you expend. So you'd need to work your diet around consuming more food than you usually would when your weight is just staying the same. Combine that with a nice consistant weights plan and you should put on some quality mass.
If you want to shed a little bodyfat, then you need to consume less calories than you expend. This can be done by structuring your diet so you eat less than you usually would whilst maintaining, or by increasing you cardio so you are burning more calories.
Some don't, but I find it easier to have a set plan in place to stick too, with the odd cheat meal incorperated into it, so you don't feel guilty.
You may find it easier to wing it on a day to day basis with a bit more variety.
But I think first things first you need to decide whether you want to add mass, or cut bodyfat. I personally think you'd have great results doing either. You're not carrying a lot of fat as it is, and you look (from the limited photos) as though you have a great structure and some good muscle to start with.
Maybe do a search for "lean bulk" as a go between to start with whilst you're making your mind up. It you get it right it could be possible to add some quality mass without putting on any extra bodyfat, therefore actually lowering your total bodyfat %.
Hope this isn't too confusing or too much info to start with.
Good luck!!!
