HI everyone,
 
I've read through the pages on this site a few times, and i've finally decided to sign up and take part, and hopefully learn some new things and maybe offer some of my knowledge.
 
I'm 32 years old with a few courses under my belt ( back in the day),  I just started back and and I need some help and advice with my diet and my supplimentation. So i figured this would be one of the best places to come.
