Well where do i start.....
Im 21 and have a slight body issue with my weight/size, because of this i feel i lack in confidence a bit so decided it about time to sort it out.
But fitness has never been a intrest of mine so don't know where to start. Probably weighting and measuring my height would be a good idea i suppose lol
The last time i weighed myself i was around 12 stone ( probably increased a little since then ) at a guess i'd say im 5ft 10/11 (maybe a tiny bit shorter. Slight average build.
What i want to achieve is, a weight loss around my stomach, wasit and thighs as like a star fish i got from a larger body to thinner arms and legs below the knee cap ( so off into points lol ). A 2 stone weight loss would be a dream but i doubt ill get that and a size reduction from 34 wasit to 30 would also be nice but then again 32 isnt bad.
But how can i achieve this ?
I'm currently unemployed and have been for a year, When i worked it was hard for me to maint my weight but since loosing my job i seem to have slipped into this "slobby" attitude towards it.
