Help for summer abbs 03 March 2010 10:02 (permalink)
Hey all.. so i have hols coming up in july, id like tips on what i should be doing to help bring my abbs forward.

Currently i am 14-14.5stone, i have a little body fat around the stomach area.  i have started cardio (bike/Running/Cross trainer) 3days a week, i train weights the other 4.

Im pritty sure that abbs and reduced body fat is ALL about diet!! this is where u come in.. Do i Realy have to count every carb/fat and gram of protein, or can someone point me in the direction of a pre writtin diet.  IKNOW its lazy!

Im not sure weather fat burners or pre contest diets are needed OR are they?? i have until july to shed around 3%bf can it be done? soo long carbs, ive loved you long time!

Thanks for reading, even if you do not reply!

    Cal counting?
No you don't have to count cals

    Pre written plan?
Yes it is lazy and you will have to tailor it to your needs! This will take a little or lot of reading around the subject. Unless you drop lucky.

    Fat burners?
    Wouldn't bother at this point.

You've got loads of time so you won't lose any muscle. The weights training will probably gain you some.
Tweak your food intake so that you're losing on average 0.5lb a week.

Hey all.. Soo my current diet is non existant, i eat what i like when i like.

Mainly high carbs, high protein and high saturated fats.  im currently at work, but when i get home later i will take pics and put them up.. then you can rip me to pieces and hopefully point out what im missing!

The more crap your diet is, the easier it is to make improvements.
