Right chaps been training few months now mostly at home as got enough gear to train and time money tight!
here are my stats weights doing see what ya think,lol
5ft 8
85kg weighed today!
45 chest
12 biceps
waist 34
 
Im doing 25k dumbells on arms and chest
curl bar 32kg
bench press with curl bar 45kg as train on own but all weights got for now but happy what lifting doing!
Started doing 100 press ups too 3 times a week aswell!
and doing sit ups but back not brill
 
Im on 3 shakes a day one b4 bed with milk shake is 30g protein with water more with milk,
im wanting to try and loose tummy weight but not eating rubbish all good foods ie chicken,tune,steak,jackets,rice,veg,fruit,yogurts etc
 
anything im doing wrong guys?
Years ago used to just train none this protein shakes,lol
gets harder when in ya 30's tho

    going start training only 3 times a week as need more rest for muscles to grow

      On the right lines and yes it does get harder in the 30s
       
      Not sure what equipment you have at home but you would be better focusing on the main compound exercises. 
       
      Eat a clean diet
       
      And do Cardio
       
      That is the basic foundation you will need to stick to, to achieve positive results. Look around the forum and perhaps post your diet and routine up to get  more detailed help

        ya eating clean diet don t drink maybe 1 beer a week,lol
         
        ya working better now,Good protein shake helping and good rest on blody too :-)
         
        Starting to do arms only once a week,chest twice week,shoulders and tri ceps twice a week!!
        got exercise bike sorted half hr few times a week,
         
        i ve got a 13 in 1 york bench
        curl bar
        3 sets dumbells
        most weight on curl bar i can do is 50k which using now!bench press
        25k on 1 set dumbells
        8k set,3k set fixed!!
        exercise bike
        body tek elite and abs machine
         
        ya getting hard in the 30's lol

          Post your diet up bud i know  you have stated what foods you eat but in what order. timing etc
           
          Also have you ever thought about strength training?
          The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.

            see what saying will try sortout meal timing etc
            Been doing lighter weights but more reps to failure!
            going do it for 4-6 weeks then do few weeks heavy see if works
