My darling gf has entered us both without asking ain't she nice.... Then dropped the bombshell we need to raise £100 each by the summer to run.... Then ask how fars 26k...LOL

LOL rather you than me, I couldnt run 1 mile and I hope you're not too big as bodybuilding doesnt particularly go with long distance running

It's a trek the average pace last year was 4 mile hour... Plus am in the middle of cutting so hopefully it won't be that bad lol.
Just created a charity donation page and sent to all my facebook friends lol. Oh well could be worse could be 27k

Exellent stuff trek isnt to bad i was going to climb kilimanjaro this year but i cant really afford it tbh but its on the cards, im sure you will both enjoy it and its for a great charity
