Help with my diet please. - 10 November 2009 14:47 ( #1 )
Well, i start work at 9am everyday and finish about 6, there a bit funny about me taking in loads of meals etc..so atm my diets like this.

Meal 1 8am - 160g oats(about 100g carbs) 200ml milk, 40g protein and a banana.
Meal 2 10.30am-  120g oats, 40g protein and 25g olive oil.
Meal 3 1pm- Chicken breast with basmati wholegrain rice, about 200g chicken and 60g rice. 25g olive oil and some barbeque sauce.
Meal 4 3.30pm- same as meal 2.
Meal 5 5.30pm..pre workout meal..30g protein and a banana.

Train- will sip on 25g bcaa throughout training.

Post workout 7.30 pm ish 2scoops cnp pro recover.

8.30 Large portion of chilli( has lean steak mince, onions, peppers, chilli, bakes beans and tomatoes in plus some spices) and some olive oil. dont really add any carbs due to fact theres some in there from onions, bakes beans and tomatoes..probaly about 30g carbs...might add some wholegrain rice in too.

10.00pm- pre bed, quark with 20g chocolate protein and some olive oil.

I have also just started getting lean turkey mince, adding in nandos barbeque flavouring and beans and have that for lunch sometimes instead of chicken, seems like a better less boring option?

Granted its not the best diet..but surely its ok?

Not much fruit and veg really.  Can you slip some veg into your 1pm meal?

Yes lean turkey mince is good.

Why are your work 'funny' about taking in lots of meals?  Are you not allowed to eat!!!

Do you eat the chicken and rice hot or cold at lunch?  Broccoli would be a good addition as it's not bad cold after being partially cooked (I think).
